Over The Top décor and design was borne out of a passion for creating beautiful spaces, events and experiences, by mother-daughter team Tania and Kelly Miles. From small functions and events, which launched our brand, Over The Top has become a fully-fledged, one-stop-shop, catering to any event large or small. 

Our weekly flower delivery service supplies restaurants, hotels, residences and companies. In addition, we provide a tailor-made gifting service, offering flower arrangements, hampers and special requests. We've translated our love for designing "out of the box" flower arrangements into a blooming business. Our vision is to provide each of our clients with a personalised touch in making each event a 'one-of-a-kind.'
